Partner Elizabeth C. Flanagan Becomes Fellow of the American

May 13, 2015

Partner Elizabeth C. Flanagan recently was elected to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.  Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of the lawyers admitted to practice in each jurisdiction of the United States and to a small percentage of international lawyers.

The ABF was founded in 1952 by the American Bar Association.  It is now recognized as the premier institute in the United States for social science research on law.  ABF research addresses critical questions about the functioning of juries, the careers of lawyers, the social costs of mass incarceration, diversity in the legal profession, law and globalization and many other aspects of the legal system.

We congratulate Betsy on this recognition of her professional achievements and her continuing support of efforts to improve the legal profession.
