Alyssa K. Weinstein earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1995 and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School in 1998. While in law school, Ms. Weinstein served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Rutgers Law Review and participated in internships with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, the Rutgers Environmental Law Clinic, and the chambers of the Honorable Florence R. Peskoe, P.J.S.C.
From 1998 through 2003, Ms. Weinstein was employed as a litigation and insurance regulatory associate with the firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae. Ms. Weinstein joined Purcell, Mulcahy, Hawkins, Flanagan & Lawless in 2003. Her practice areas include complex insurance matters, school law, commercial litigation, employment, construction defect litigation and professional negligence.
Ms. Weinstein is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
